Golf Tech: SmartGolf’s Smart Putter

Friday, August 3, 2018

Just like other sports, golf has seen a recent surge in technological based products. Some products improve your game, by helping with your swing, distance or posture. The SmartGolf’s Smart Putter trains laser-precision into your putting stroke using an actual laser and Bluetooth technology.

Although the concept for the Smart Putter is simple, the technology is more complex. Basically, the Smart Putter is a face-balanced mallet putter with a laser-pointer embedded in the face. Practice with the Smart Putter entails addressing the ball with the laser shining dead-center at the back of the ball, and making a natural putting stroke. An array of lights on the top of the putter head also tells you if the head is tilted too far back, forward, toe-up, or toe-down.

Other features for the Smart Putter are as follows:

  • Face-balanced mallet type putter
  • Length : 35 inches (88.9cm)
  • Weight – Head 0.846 pounds (384 grams), Total 1.33 pounds(605 grams)
  • 3 degrees of loft with 72 degrees of lie
  • Shaft & Grip is made by a South Korean Pro. Club maker ‘Ahwa”- use on the course/green
  • LED level indicator / Laser aiming system – level/square stroke
  • Bluetooth stroke data transmitter – effective analysis anywhere anytime

The Smart Putter even goes a step further by including integration with the SmartGolf app. You can download the SmartGolf app, and the Smart Putter will transmit stroke data to your phone to keep track of your tendencies, progress, and changes over time. There’s even a virtual green on the app you can play a game on.

Hole In One Recipe

Friday, July 13, 2018

Unfortunately, there isn’t a specific recipe to follow to make a hole in one. If that was the case, there would be a lot more hole in one winners. However, maybe adding a pinch of luck, a dash of skill and an amazing golf tournament, might just be all you need. We have listed a few tips for you to take during your next hole in one contest. See below.

#1: Confidence
Come to the tee with confidence. You need to relish the opportunity that you have to put the ball on the green in one shot and get it close to the hole. The attitude you need to bring to have any chance to get the ball in the hole is aggressive

#2: The Right Club
You’d think that the shorter the par-3, the greater the chance of getting a hole-in-one, meaning that more would be made with wedges than anything else. The stats suggest otherwise and, in fact, the 7-iron and 8-iron make more aces than any other club, each registering 14% of all aces. 40% of all aces are made with a 7-iron, 8-iron or 9-iron.

#3: The Perfect Swing
Take a full swing. Bring your club back to shoulder height and come through the ball with speed and velocity. Snap your right hand through the ball and finish up high.

#4: Practice
Go to the driving range regularly where you can work with your medium and long irons. Many golfers are a bit afraid when using these clubs because they are less forgiving. But with the correct fundamentals, you are sure to take home a win.

Now before we let you go, our last tip is to take a look at our hole-in-one insurance. It’s flexible and affordable. Our goal is to please all of our clients. Our hole in one insurance has helped give away prizes ranging from cash prizes to a brand new BMW. So take your pick!

  • If the participants are able to putt the ball into a hole in one try, they will win the grand prize.

So, how will you pay for this type of coverage? It is simple. If they win,US Hole In One the costs. You just get to claim that someone in your event won the grand prize! Giving Your Golfers More

Friday, June 8, 2018

A hole in one insurance promising a cash prize, a car or vacation will always generate a good amount of excitement.  Did you know that US Hole In One will also cover additional Bonus Prize Holes? These Bonus Prizes will come at no additional cost and we will also include the signs to go along with them!

These Bonus Prizes make a nice addition to any golf outing or tournament.  They provide the golfers an opportunity to win a prize if they happen to ace a par 3 hole which is not the Grand Prize hole.  It would be disappointing for someone to sink a Hole In One on another par 3 and then have to walk away with nothing at all.  These Bonus Prizes are sure to add more buzz and excitement to an already eventful day!

At the moment we offer several different Bonus Prizes.  They include a set of  Callaway Irons, a Sharp LCD Flat-Screen Television and a pair of round trip tickets to anywhere in the continental US.  You also have the ability to customize which prizes you would like to display.  For example, you might like to give away 2 televisions and 1 set of clubs, or have all the prizes to be Plane Tickets.  No problem, it is all up to you!  Just let us know how many par 3 holes you have, and which signs you want, we take care of the rest.

The Cost Behind Hole In One Insurance

Thursday, May 31, 2018

At US Hole In On, we ensure you get the lowest price possible on your contest coverage. In fact, we put a 110% low price guarantee on these packages, to ensure that if you find any advertised price that is lower than what we offer that we will match it and beat it by 10% of the difference.

But, how expensive is it? The cost of hole in one insurance varies somewhat from one company to the next. However, it typically is between $200 and $1000. If you are thinking that your small event or your smaller group cannot afford this type of cost, think again. One of the best ways that you can get the funds to pay for this type of hole in one insurance is to get a sponsorship for your event.

Up to 90 percent of the events that we provide hole in one insurance for are sponsored events, meaning that the sponsor’s name is printed on the contest’s signage, reducing the actual cost from the owner. You will find numerous local and national organizations that are happy to provide you with sponsorships. We have worked with outstanding organizations in the past including many local businesses, car dealerships and even corporate entities.

The power of putting their name on your contest signage and getting this type of big name advertising is well worth the investment. In fact, this could be a win-win situation for everyone involved. Even if you have a small group, hole in one insurance is highly affordable and one of the best ways to draw attention to your event.

We Offer Coverage For Multiple Hole In Ones

Friday, May 18, 2018

Imagine this: your first group of the morning is out on the golf course and arrives at the par 3 hole with the grand prize. The first three golfers hit their shots, but nobody wins the hole in one prize. The final golfer, however, hits a beautiful golf shot that bounces twice and then rolls into the cup for an ace. If you purchased hole in one insurance that did not cover multiple holes in one, that lucky golfer would win the grand prize, but NO other golfers in the tournament would then be eligible to participate in the hole in one contest. Would you like to be the person to tell an ecstatic golfer that his hole in one would not earn him or her a prize because it was already won by someone else? I didn’t think so.

Thankfully, all hole in one contest coverage purchased through US Hole In One offers protection for multiple holes in one. Depending on the value of your grand prize, our policies offer what is known as “prize restoration” which means that the hole in one prizes restore themselves after each successful hole in one. That way each lucky golfer gets to walk away with a reward for making the golf shot of a lifetime.

If you have any other questions regarding hole in one prize restoration, multiple holes in one, or anything else related to the world of golf, please do not hesitate to contact one of our qualified tournament consultants who would be more than happy to answer all of your contest coverage questions at 888-882-5440 or email us at info@usholeinone.com
