There are a lot of questions that we get asked here at US Hole In One. Once our customers get a quote for their upcoming golf tournament, complete an application and then submit it to US Hole In One, the next question our clients always ask is, “How do I know if I am covered for my upcoming golf tournament?” Well, here is the answer! A customers proof of hole in one insurance with US Hole In One is found in the certificate of participation.

Once the customer submits their application to US Hole In One, it is received by the processing department. A US Hole In One team member in the processing department will then review it to make sure the application is filled out correctly. After it is determined to be correct, the application will be processed that same day! At the end of US Hole In One’s business day, the client will receive, via email, their certificate of participation.

So what exactly is a certificate of participation? A certificate of participation is a document that is two pages long that show the customers hole in one coverage. The first page is basically a “snapshot” of the customers specific hole in one insurance policy that they have secured through US Hole In One. It includes the contact information, event number and also the information in regards to the grand prize policy.  The event number that will be listed on the certificate of participation is specific to each hole in one insurance policy. The easiest way for the tournament consultant to recall the policy if the customer has any questions regarding it or has to make changes to their hole in one coverage is by this event number. The second page is very important because it lists the terms and conditions, making it a must read. Also, information about the bonus prize holes that are offered with the grand prize policy is included on this second page.

The certificate of participation is the document that can answer any questions regarding someones specific hole in one coverage. On the day of the tournament, it is highly suggested to have a copy of the certificate of participation on hand at the golf course for reference. But, as always, if you do have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your tournament consultant at US Hole In One by email at info@usholeinone.com or by calling us at 888-882-5440. We are more than happy to answer all and any questions!
