Golf Season Is Far From Over!

Labor Day is approaching. This holiday, which is known for taking a break from work ironically signals the end of play for many activities – and golf is usually one of them. The further North you go, the shorter the season. The further South you go the longer the season. But generally, does golf typically have to end with the start of fall?

Golfers who are putting their clubs in hibernation during the fall season are passing up on a great opportunity! They’re missing out on a more enjoyable round that includes more comfortable temps and less crowds on the course. Also somewhat later in the fall (contingent upon your area) some truly amazing foliage. Climate also plays a part. With the change that we are currently experiencing with climate, we are experiencing milder weather in the months of December and January.

But aside from the leaves and pumpkins are fun contests and prizes available for your golfers to take advantage of next season. Holding a Hole In One, Putting, or Shootout Contest with US Hole In One will will be a great way to draw in golfers to your tournament. And by holding a contest with top prizes like a Ford F-150 or Hawaiian Golf Vacation will distract your golfers from the cooler weather and heat the competition up!
