From Never To Nearly To Hole In One!

It may sound unlikely, but many of the hole-in-ones that have been won with our company were not by pros, but amateurs! Golfers that would not even claim the title of a “golfer” have managed to take home a win. You can call it beginners luck but we believe that golfers have to possess the following in order to take home a win:

#1: Confidence
Come to the tee with confidence. You need to relish the opportunity that you have to put the ball on the green in one shot and get it close to the hole. The attitude you need to bring to have any chance to get the ball in the hole is aggressive

#2: The Right Club
You’d think that the shorter the par-3, the greater the chance of getting a hole-in-one, meaning that more would be made with wedges than anything else. The stats suggest otherwise and, in fact, the 7-iron and 8-iron make more aces than any other club, each registering 14% of all aces. 40% of all aces are made with a 7-iron, 8-iron or 9-iron.

#3: The Perfect Swing
Take a full swing. Bring your club back to shoulder height and come through the ball with speed and velocity. Snap your right hand through the ball and finish up high.

#4: Practice
Go to the driving range regularly where you can work with your medium and long irons. Many golfers are a bit afraid when using these clubs because they are less forgiving. But with the correct fundamentals, you are sure to take home a win.
