stock-footage-animation-of-golf-ball-falling-into-a-holeAs you plan your golf tournament, make sure to consider including hole in one insurance.  A hole in one contest is a great way to raise a few more bucks at your event along with being one of the biggest incentives to get people to sign up.  Do you want to know the best news? It does not have to cost much either.  As you take into consideration all of the options out there for your golf tournament, a hole in one contest should be a no brainer.

So How Much Does It Cost?

A hole in one contest allows every golfer, during the normal course of play that day take their chance at winning a grand prize on that designated par-3 hole and also smaller bonus hole in one prizes on the other par-3 holes.  If one or more of your golfers ace one of those holes, they WIN that prize!  It is that simple and US Hole In One is here to make sure it is affordable, too.  The following factors are what play a role in what hole in one insurance will cost you:

  • The value of the grand prize that you wish to insure, which is up to you to choose!
  • The distance of the hole where your grand prize will be at your golf tournament.  The yardage for the grand prize hole must always be AT LEAST150 yards, but if the prize value reaches $50,000, that yardages increases to 160 yards and then if the grand prize reaches $100,000 or greater, the yardage MUST be at least 165 yards for men.  Women may shoot at a distance of up to fifteen (15) yards less than where the men tee off.
  • The number of golfers in your tournament, amateurs and professionals.

These factors determine how much you are likely to pay for your hole in one coverage. It sounds so simple, doesn’t it??
