There are many things you have no control over on the day of your tournament! Weather is one of the biggest factors that causes clients to cancel or reschedule their tournament because the course becomes unplayable that day as a result of the weather. US Hole In One offers a convenient way to transfer the policy without loosing a dime. Adjusting your policy is simple and easy, all that needs to be done is a written notification (fax 610-525-8004 or email changes@usholeinone.com) stating that the tournament did not happen due to poor weather conditions and that it will be rescheduled for a different date. US Hole In One will then move the policy to cover the new date at no extra charge. The written notification just has to be received a business day after the event in order to ensure that the policy can be transferred.

The above example is a scenario where bad weather is anticipated, the pro at the golf course has been looking at a storm coming in and outright cancels all tournaments set for your date. In some cases however Mother Nature does not always act as anticipated and during play a storm can roll through and the tournament will be cut short. If this happens make sure to send an email or fax a business day after the event and US Hole In One will contact you as to how many golfers actually played through your prize hole and figure out the coverage from there. No matter the situation, US Hole In One will do their best to help you reschedule you insurance!
