Witnessing A Contest Win

If you are holding a tournament and expecting a huge turnout, you have to make sure you have the right set of eyes witnessing a win. You may not be lucky enough to broadcast your tournament on television. That means that it may be a bit more difficult to have a witness view the winning shot, which is a requirement when it comes to hole in one insurance protection. However, there are a few things you should know about the witness requirement.
At US Hole in One, we recommend that the witness situate themselves some place where they can easily see both the teeing ground and the hole being targeted. You may wish to place the witness at the tee box or you may want to place that person on the green. However, be sure to protect your witness from those incoming shots!
What you need to remember about your witness requirement is that the witness simply needs to be able to have a clear and unobstructed view of every golfer that steps up to strike a shot towards the tee. The witness needs to see the ball move throughout the entire shot, too. With US Hole In One, what you see is what you get. So to win the grand prize, you need to have a witness for a win. It is critical to get this right since without a witness that fits the requirements of hole in one insurance, the insurance provider is not required to pay out your prize. If you do find that you have questions regarding your prize or your witness, simply give us a call at 888-882-5440 or email us info@usholeinone.com and we would be happy to answer those questions for you.
