With golf season just a few months away, you may want to get an early start on organizing your first tournament or outing. That involves getting contest coverage if you want to elevate the experience for your golfers by sponsoring a hole in one, putting, or shootout golf promotion. Whether this is your first time or tenth year in a row getting prize insurance, US Hole In One is here to help make the process easy and quick for you!

This post provides a brief overview of the steps for getting coverage, but we’re here to guide you through the entire way and answer any questions!

When securing promotion coverage for your golf event, you may find it helpful to speak directly with a representative by calling 888-882-5440. We’ll provide you with a free price quote for your event.

Next, we’ll send you a one-page application that is easy to fill out with basic info regarding your tournament or outing. You can return this application to us via fax or email. Once your application has been successfully received, we can begin to process coverage!

We will email you a ‘Certificate of Participation’ to let you know that coverage is secured for your event. If you have chosen to receive signage for your golf event, we’ll then print them based on the sponsorship information listed on your application. Your sponsor signs will arrive no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

On the big day of your promotion, make sure that your signs are placed at the appropriate hole location. Also be sure that all your golfers for your event are covered. We must be notified of any last-minute changes in order to adjust your coverage until the event’s first tee shot is made.

Coverage may seem like a daunting process, but in reality, it’s easy, quick, and affordable! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! Please call us at 888-882-5440 or email info@usholeinone.com. We’re here to make your promotion a success!
