At US Hole in One, we understand that lots hard work goes into planning your golf tournament.  However, despite the event coordinator’s best efforts, there are some things that cannot be controlled, like the weather, number of golfers registered or the lack of sponsors.  These factors can cancel your tournament days before or event or even the day of!  If this does happen, US Hole in One offers a simple cancellation policy.  The policy allows the director to call off the event if needed without losing the entire premium.

Here at US Hole in One, we encourage our clients to get all necessary paperwork, applications and logos at least 10 calendar days before the tournament.  This also gives clients enough time so that they will not be charged for shipping and that they can make the arrangements for that day.  If needed, a client can cancel their policy any time leading up to the tournament.  US Hole in One must be notified in writing no more than a business day after the event and e-mail the information to changes@usholeinone.com or by fax at 888-603-8424.  The certificate fee, or cost of insurance, will be refunded less a $40 cancellation fee and the customer will be refunded the money the same way they paid for the policy.

If the tournament is being rescheduled, the hole in one policy from the originally scheduled date will be transferred to the new tournament date at no extra charge.

If you are ready to get a quote for your upcoming golf tournament or have questions about your current policy, please call one of our consultants at 888-882-5440 or e-mail us at info@usholeinone.com We look forward to hearing from you!
