Additional Event Signage for Sponsor’s

In addition to providing hole in one insurance and the signage for your grand prize and bonus prize holes, we offer sponsor signs for your tournament as well.  We have a wide variety of golf tournament event signage ranging from tee and hole sponsor signs, mulligans and longest drives, to lunch and dinner sponsor signs.  US Hole In One has been producing event and sponsor for years and this can be done in a timely fashion.  US Hole In One offers fifteen different event sign templates to choose from.  Here is how you can order these sponsor signs.







1.) Firstly you will need to complete a sign order form along with an excel spreadsheet for choosing your templates.  The sign order form is the basic information we need from you such as contact information, number of signs and what templates you will be ordering followed by a couple other minor details.  The excel spreadsheet is where you indicate what is to be printed on each sign and if there is going to be a logo for that sign. Signs can feature just straight line text or text and logos or just a logo.  Some of the templates work better if you would like to use both text and logos so keep that in mind when selecting the template that you would like to use for each sign.

2.) Secondly you must submit the order form, excel spreadsheet, and logos to  Logos MUST be a high resolution image, preferably 300dpi or higher.  However, all of this information can be submitted directly through the art department at  .  Any problems with the logos, our art department will contact you.

3.) Once US Hole in One confirms your sign order has been reviewed, then you are all set! The art department will begin printing your signs and then will ship them out via FedEx . Keep in mind when ordering event signs; the deadline for all sign orders, to avoid possible rush fees, is 10 calendar days before you need your order to arrive in your possession.

Changing/ Rescheduling Your Policy

Once you submit your application for hole in one insurance for your golf tournament, you are issued your certificate of participation.  Some of the biggest concerns our customers here at US Hole In One have for example are what if they have more golfers register than what they originally bound the coverage for or the grand prize will be on a different par-3 hole playing at a different yardage or maybe the tournament is cancelled. US Hole In One makes it easy to make a change to their policy once the hole in one insurance is in place.

Are you changing the number of golfers, amateurs or professionals, hole number, yardage or maybe even the value of the prize? Any change can be made up until right before the first person tees off during your event. US Hole In One must receive before the tournament starts and it must be in writing, via email ( or fax (610-525-8004). When submitting the change you just need to include the certificate number, which is found on the certificate of participation, and the information you need to change to your hole in one insurance policy. The change does not need to come directly from the person whose name is on the certificate, it can be submitted by someone as long as that person certificate number and all the necessary information to make the change correctly. If the change to your policy changed your certificate fee in anyway, we will then refund you or charge you the same way you initially made payment to US Hole In One.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your hole in one insurance policy, US Hole In One must receive notification in writing, via email ( or fax (610-525-8004), no later than the first business day following the date of your scheduled event. If your tournament is being rescheduled and you do not know the new date yet, you can just let US Hole In One know that the tournament did not occur on the originally scheduled date and you will be getting back to us with that new date. Once you have the new date, let us know and we will reissue your coverage. In the event that you are canceling the policy, you will receive a refund less the $40 cancellation fee per target hole.
