What If Your Tournament Is Cancelled?

Golf-RainSomethings can be unpredictable! Lots of hard work goes into planning a tournament, but sometimes, despite the event coordinator’s best efforts, there are some things cannot be controlled.  The weather, number of golfers registered or the lack of sponsors can cause a tournament to be cancelled and sometimes within the last few day leading up to the event or in the case of the weather, the day itself.  No need to worry if  something comes in the way of the golf event taking place, US Hole In One offers a simple cancellation policy. The policy allows the director to call off the event if needed without losing the entire premium.

US Hole In One encourages their clients to purchase hole in one insurance  at least 10 days before their tournament, giving their clients enough time to get signage without a shipping fee and make all necessary arrangements for their coverage that day, such as witnesses for their grand prize hole. If needed, a client can cancel their policy any time leading up the tournament. US Hole In One just needs to be notified in writing no more than a business day after the event by email at changes@usholeinone.com or by fax at 610-525-8004. The certificate fee, which is the cost of the insurance, will be refunded less a small cancellation fee. The customer will be refunded the money via the payment method they used to initially purchase the insurance.

If the tournament is not being cancelled completely, US Hole In One also has a convenient rescheduling policy. The hole in one policy from the originally scheduled date will be transferred to the new tournament date at no extra charge to the client. In most cases when Mother Nature is the cause of the golf course becoming unplayable the day of your tournament, this is what happens majority of the time.

Are you ready to get a quote for your upcoming golf tournament or do you have a question about an existing policy? Give an US Hole In One tournament consultant a call at 888-882-5440 or email us at info@usholeinone.com! We look forward to hearing from you!
